TS Group Holland provides, for one of her costumers, the construction for Rijkswaterstaat’s time registration system to prevent slipperiness.
The moment there is snowfall, while preventing slipperiness, snow-ploughs and vehicles will have to be recruited. Considering you can’t know in advance how long these actions will take, Rijkswaterstaat places ‘reading units’ at the entrance of a few supporting points. Registration devices will be placed on the snow-plough’s vehicles that will get recognised by the ‘reading units’.
This system communicates with Rijkwaterstaat’s automated passport system, so it is possible to register the coming and going of vehicles and snow-ploughs and document the times.
